Win (Almost) Any Argument in 9.17 Seconds
This is the very first edition of Growth Feels.
So first things first: Welcome. You’re in to a space built for people who want to grow without the fluff.
This isn’t where you’ll get recycled advice or “10 steps to a perfect morning routine.”
This is where you’ll get ideas that shake you a little.
Make you think twice.
And maybe, change the way you move through the world.
too curious? You can directly jump into our visual explainer here:
Here are some insights around the topic that I couldn’t cover in the video.
You say something small.
The other person hears something loud.
And within seconds, it’s no longer about what you said…it’s about who’s going to win.
Most arguments don’t start with what was said.
They start with how people feel before anything is said.
Some stretch your words.
Some shrink your intentions.
Some reflect things you didn’t even know you were carrying.
You walk in thinking it’s about this one thing.
You walk out wondering what just happened.
A while ago, I asked someone:

Fair answer.
But also, kind of bleak.
Because if every argument is about winning, then every relationship becomes a scoreboard.
And if you win too many times?
You might just lose the other person.
Because the more right we try to be, the less open we become.
With this baseline understanding, watching this visual explainer feels more connected and gives a great depth, I believe.
