How to Crack More Interviews Than Everyone
Crack 3x More Interviews - This video shares a smart interview prep approach that top candidates use. It helps you stay confident, answer better, and stand out in any interview.
A visual showing the Triangle of Talent
What nobody tells you is this:
Moving up the ladder isn’t just about your skills. It’s about how much thinking you’re expected to do.
At the bottom?
You’re paid to follow.
By the top?
You’re trusted to lead.
The shift happens when you stop asking:
“What do you want me to do?”
…and start asking:
“What’s the real problem here“
Managers promote you not just for output, but for how much you reduce their mental load.
So if you’re stuck grinding at Level 2 or 3, start thinking like a Level 5 before someone asks you to.
That’s how trust, freedom, and money flow your way.
How to stop craving what you won’t commit to

A lot of people want the dream, but not the days that build it.
This tweet from James Clear makes a simple but powerful point.
You say you want the outcome. But do you want the lifestyle that creates it?
If not, then you are not setting a goal. You are setting yourself up for guilt.
Here’s how to realign your desires with your actions:
1. Ask yourself if you want the life that comes with the result
Want to be fit? That means early mornings, clean eating, and uncomfortable workouts.
Want to be wealthy? That means risk, patience, and long term consistency.
Want to be known? That means publishing when nobody is listening.
The result is just the outcome of living a certain way, consistently.
2. Fully commit or fully release
If the process feels wrong, let go of the goal.
Half effort builds frustration.
Letting go clears space for what truly fits.
3. Build your identity through action
Process driven people win more often than dreamers.
Anchor your goals in daily steps, not in future fantasies.
While writing a book, focus on writing pages, not signing deals.
If you do not enjoy the path, the destination will not fulfill you.
Remember this formula:
Desire × Action = Fulfillment.
It’s always the little things
It’s always the little things, the little gestures and the little efforts.
They show up quietly. No spotlight. No applause.
A quiet moment of help when no one asked. A thoughtful pause in a busy day. A kind word that lingers.
We spend so much time waiting for big moments to feel something.
But the truth is, the small stuff is what makes it all feel real.
Start there.
This blew my mind
When you look at this image, what do you see? Maybe two ducks, maybe two rabbits, or one of each.
Now look at this image, and imagine a duck eating a rabbit. Can you see it now?
It shows how words can shape the way we see the world.
Words are powerful. You frame your reality.
Say positive, see positive.
